Risk Governance Leadership through The COVID-19 Crisis

The COVID-19 crisis sets unprecedented demands on businesses and on the boards and management’s ability to understand, analyze and handle the crisis – and to set a direction and create energy to business and society gets back on track and create growth. Board Leadership Society of Denmark collects and communicates board relevant knowledge and experience on COVID-19, nationally and globally. Board Leadership Society Center for Cyber Competences shares knowledge and experience on cyber risks in light of the COVID-19 crisis, among other things about relevant precautions for working from home, virtual meetings and so on. Board Leadership Society and the CBS Board Leadership Education has also started developing virtual teaching sessions and web conferences and are also developing on subjects like “Risk Governance and Crisis Management – experiences and best practice from the COVID-19 crisis” and on “Planning and conducting efficient on-line board meetings”.
