Returns

We want you to love shopping at Hurley.com. If products purchased from Hurley.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date order was shipped. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned. You can only initiate a return via our return portal after your order has been shipped. All orders placed on Hurley.com must be returned by mail to our warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to a store location and cannot be returned through online services. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse.

If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please call Customer Service at 855.655.2515 or email customersupport@hurley.com to initiate the return. You may be compensated for the return shipping under these circumstances.

How to Return an Item

Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order. You have the choice to receive a printable return label or to return in person via Happy Returns. Find your nearest location here!

For in-person returns, there’s no need to print or package anything. Just bring your item(s) and your QR code in to your nearest return bar location and we’ll take care of the rest. In-person returns will have a $3.50/item processing fee. 

For mail-in returns, please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre- addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option of a $4.00 an item return label fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Hurley.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

WETSUIT RETURN POLICY

There is a 20% restocking fee for all wetsuits. Please refer to the size chart available on the site to assist you in purchasing the correct size. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. NON-APPAREL ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

Items subject to this policy are: Stand Up Paddle Boards, Umbrellas, Scooters, Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes, Bikes, and Chairs.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all non-apparel items listed above. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. HOW TO RETURN STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS AND OTHER NON-APPAREL ITEMS:

  1. Obtain your order number and email Hurley.com Customer Service at customersupport@hurley.com.
  2. We will email you a return number and instructions for returning your product.
  3. Ship your unused product in its original, unopened packaging to the address identified in our email. We may ask you for a copy of your invoice.
  4. Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email.

Only returned items that have not been opened, are complete, in their original condition, and accompanied by a return number will be accepted. Otherwise, the return will be deemed non-compliant and you will not receive a refund from Hurley.com. If your refund request is rejected, we will notify you promptly.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY INTERNATIONAL RETURN?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide return labels for International returns. Please call Hurley.com Customer Service at 855.655.2515 or email at customersupport@hurley.com if you have any questions.

GREEN SHIPPING PROTECTION™️

If you purchased Green Shipping Protection™️ (also known as “Green Shipping Coverage”) with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, follow the instructions below to place a reorder. 

  • Reach out to the Corso customer service for assistance replacing your order. You have the option to live chat with a representative at: 

reorder.corso.com or by email at support@corso.com.

RE-ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Input your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation. Reorder Requests may be rejected at the discretion of the Hurley support team. For full terms and conditions, click here

  • Package protection against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling is only valid on orders up to $600 USD.   

Hurley is exempt of liability if the customer opts out of Green Shipping Protection™️.

If your package is damaged or has any shipment issues, you are eligible for a replacement. if the product is out of stock, you can exchange for a product at equal or less value, accept a gift card, or get a refund. If you purchased Green Shipping Protection™️ with your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase - the Green Shipping Protection™️ fee is eligible for a refund as long as the order placed on Hurley.com is also eligible for a refund.
