As of July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado consumers.
Exceptions: The fee doesn’t apply when otherwise taxable goods are delivered to a purchaser that is exempt from the state sales tax, such as government or charitable organization. Likewise, the fee doesn’t apply to deliveries of nontaxable goods, including wholesale sales, so long as the property delivered is exempt from the state sales tax. If a delivery includes both taxable and exempt goods, the delivery fee will apply.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes at this time. We also do not ship to forwarding addresses or access points.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the steps on the following page to process your return. Please note we do not accept exchanges at this time.
Worn items and items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. Items must have tags still attached. If you purchase a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we will no longer be able to accept the return.
The wetsuit thickness measurements is in millimeters and run from the center of the suit, the core, to your arms and legs. For example, a 3/2MM wetsuit, the core thickness is 3 millimeters and the legs and arms are 2 millimeters thick.
First step would be to determine what water temperatures you will most commonly use your wetsuit for. The most common wetsuit is 3/2mm and is suitable for water temperatures of 13°C - 18°C / 56°F - 64°F. If you are in colder waters, take a look at the 4/3 and 5/3 hooded wetsuits. If in warmer water, look for spring suits and wetsuit jackets. If you need more help, please feel free to reach out to customer service.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all wetsuits even for exchanges. Please make sure to buy the correct size using the size chart on the bottom of the wetsuit guide.

Please follow Hurley's standard return policy with the added information below. Hurley will accept returns within 30 days of purchase date if ordered after April 1, 2020 on Hurley.com. If you purchased the wetsuit from another third-party retailer please reach out to them first. If you purchased a wetsuit on Hurley.com prior to April 1, 2020, please reach out to Nike.com's customer service. When you return your wetsuit please carefully follow the instructions below to minimize creasing.
Step 1: Place the wetsuit face down on a flat surface and fold both legs up from just above the knees.
Step 2: Fold the wetsuit up from the waist so the knees are just sitting under the shoulders on the back of the wetsuit.
Step 3: Fold the two arms over the top of the legs so they cross over each other. For short sleeves just tuck the arms neatly under the legs.
Step 4: Fold the wetsuit up in half again.
NOTE: If your wetsuit is returned creased we cannot guarantee your refund.
At Hurley, we stand behind the quality of our products and are more than willing to refund or replace your suit if it meets our criteria. Any wetsuit purchased after April 1, 2020 from Hurley.com that meets the criteria below will be eligible for the warranty policy below. If purchased on Hurley.com prior to April 1, 2020, please reach out to Nike.com for service. Hurley and/or its licensed third-party wholesalers are the only parties authorized to determine warranty eligibility. Products under warranty will be evaluated for a refund or a replacement at the third-party wholesaler’s discretion. We offer a 1-year wetsuit warranty on any any workmanship defects and a six (6) month warranty on all material defects. All Hurley wetsuit accessories have a 90-day warranty against any defect in both materials and workmanship.
Not covered under warranty:
• Alterations.
• Materials over 6 months from date of original purchase, or 90 days for accessories.
• Products classified as seconds, samples, promotional, or used.
• Damage caused by sunlight, chlorine, mistreatment or consequential use.
• Requests without valid proof of purchase.
• Improper fit caused by incorrect size purchased.
• Tears caused by force or finger gouges during entry or exit of wetsuit.
Please contact customer service first with proof of purchase and photos of the defected areas of the wetsuit. The customer service agent will help to determine the next steps.
When cleaning your wetsuit, hand wash in cool, fresh water to remove salt deposits. Hang out of direct sunlight to dry. Clean your wetsuit after each use to ensure it remains flexible and durable. Please keep in mind that neoprene is a lightweight, performance-based material and is vulnerable to excessive force. Care must be taken when putting on or removing your wetsuit, as finger-induced tears can occur (especially on the exposed neoprene on chest and back panels). Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.
Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel an order once it's been placed for security reasons. Our system is designed to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If an order needs to be cancelled, you may contact Customer Service to inquire about your options.
Your order will be charged as soon as your order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund.
If you cannot locate a product on Hurley.com it may be due to one of the following reasons:
